At Richardson & McDermott we pride ourselves in being able to offer a complete Project Management Service from pre-construction to post-construction.

Before we even get to the design stage of any project, we engage the client in defining and documenting planning and project phasing, budgeting, the most appropriate delivery methods, scheduling of building priorities, as well  as organising special materials or equipment together with any additional labour resources, which may be needed for the project. During the design phase of the project, the team will not only work with you to agree the desired look of a project outcome but will also discuss the potential cost of maintaining your ‘build project’. Should it appear that budgets are being exceeded, Richardson & McDermott will consult with you directly to discuss and agree valuable alternate materials or systems to use in your build project.

At the construction and post construction phases, Richardson & McDermott will effectively liase between all labourers, contractors and the client to expedite any paperwork and to ensure that the building project meets all local compliance issues.

When construction has been completed, Richardson & McDermott will assess the work done, ensure that no part of the building project is defective and review operations maintenance procedures for any special equipment that has been installed.
